Pricing Policy – Pothigai Projects 

At Pothigai Projects, we maintain transparent and fair pricing for all our services. 

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). 

• Prices may vary depending on project scope, but clients will always be informed in advance. 

• For design projects, an advance of 50% is payable before work begins. 

• Clients will receive a preview design to review. The balance 50% is payable after preview approval. 

• Final high-quality design files are delivered only after full payment is received. 

• Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started. 

• Any applicable taxes will be mentioned in the invoice. 

🏠 Pothigai Designs 

•  Basic Room Design (Bedroom / Kitchen / Living Room) – ₹499 

• Full Home Layout (2BHK / 3BHK) – ₹1,499 

• Design Alterations – 

• First minor edit – Free 

• Moderate changes – ₹199 to ₹299 

• Major redesign / full theme change – ₹499 to ₹1,499 

📘 Pothigai Education 

• Informative books, guides, and tutorials are offered online. 

• Pricing starts from ₹99 per e-book. 

• Educational and motivational video content is provided online. 

• Pricing starts from ₹199 per video/course. 

• Final pricing depends on the selected content package. 

📊 Pothigai Accounting 

• Bookkeeping, statements, and financial guidance packages start from ₹499. 

• Final pricing depends on scope of services.
