Refund & Cancellation Policy – Pothigai Projects 

At Pothigai Projects, we aim to deliver services with clarity and transparency. Since our work involves personalized and digital content, the following policies apply: 

🔹 Refund Policy 

• Advance payments (50%) are non-refundable once the project has started. 

• If the client decides to cancel before the preview design stage, a partial refund may be considered (after deducting processing charges). 

• Once final files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued. 

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 

🔹 Cancellation Policy 

• Clients may request cancellation before preview designs are shared. 

• After the preview stage, the project will be treated as active, and the advance payment will not be refunded. 

• If the client does not make the balance payment within 15 days of preview approval, the project may be cancelled automatically, and the advance payment forfeited.
