Terms & Conditions – Pothigai Projects 

By using our website or services, you agree to the following: 

🔹 Services 

• Pothigai Designs: 3D layouts are for visualization only, not for construction approval. 

• Pothigai Education: E-books and video content are for learning and personal use only. 

• Pothigai Accounting: Bookkeeping and financial guidance are general services; clients remain responsible for compliance. 

🔹 Payments 

• 50% advance before work begins, balance 50% after preview approval (where applicable). 

• Final files released only after full payment. 

• All prices in INR. 

🔹 Revisions (Designs) 

• 1 minor edit free. 

• Moderate changes: ₹199–₹299. 

• Major redesigns: ₹499–₹1,499. 

🔹 Refunds & Cancellations 

• Advance is non-refundable once work starts. 

• Cancellation before preview stage may allow partial refund. 

• No refunds after final delivery. 

🔹 Intellectual Property 

All content (designs, books, videos, brand identity) belongs to Pothigai Projects. 

🔹 Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable for: 

• Structural or permit issues (Designs). 

• Misuse of content (Education, Accounting). 

• Delays beyond our control.
